Job summary

Loyal Source Government Services is seeking an on-site Primary Care Physician for the Lyle C. Pearson VA Community Based Outpatient Clinic in Mankato, MN. The role focuses on comprehensive primary care, patient panel management, and VA-compliant, patient-centered care for veterans.

The position supports Monday–Friday 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Onsite) with responsibilities including wellness exams, chronic disease management, and coordination of referrals, aligned with VA standards.

Qualifications

• Must have active, current medical license in any U.S. state, territory, or the District of Columbia.
• Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Current DEA registration.
• BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care services to adult veteran patients.
• Conduct annual wellness exams and chronic disease management.
• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat medical conditions.
• Order and interpret laboratory, imaging, and diagnostic studies.
• Coordinate specialty referrals and follow-up care.
• Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
• Maintain compliance with VA policies, HIPAA, and privacy regulations.
• Accurately document patient encounters within VA timeframes and with EHR proficiency.
