As a caregiver, you will provide in-home services, assist with daily activities, maintain records, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and a meaningful difference in clients' lives.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of caregiving experience, home care setting preferred
• Ability to communicate with clients and family members clearly
• Demonstrated empathy and respectful patient interactions
• Strong reliability and transportation to client locations
• Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
• Background check and TB test required

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home care to veterans and seniors (personal care, light housekeeping, meals, companionship)
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming)
• Deliver tailored care plans to meet client needs and preferences
• Maintain accurate care records including vital signs and medications
• Coordinate with healthcare professionals for care continuity
• Show empathy, compassion, and respect to clients and families
