Job summary

The Tunnel to Towers Foundation seeks an Analyst to oversee the payment workflow for the National Case Management Network, supporting veteran housing stability initiatives. You will liaise between internal departments and external vendors to ensure transactions are accurate, compliant, and timely.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least three years of administrative experience, with strong organization, communication, and multitasking skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with a minimum of 3 years’ administrative experience.
• Accounting experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and design skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the National Case Management Network process for submitting requests for payment to support Veteran housing stability.
• Collect, review, and submit internal payment request forms from the National Case Management Network team to Finance.
• Prepare quarterly reports to track program spending and provide analytics.
• Prepare monthly credit card reconciliations and budget/grant management categorization.
• Manage external vendor payment processes, including invoices, folios, and receipts.
