Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work from a CSWE-accredited program.
• Licensed or certified to independently practice social work.
• One year of post-MSW experience for GS-11 consideration.

Responsibilities

• Develop treatment plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
• Advise veterans on VA and community resources and entitlements.
• Provide education on advance directives and living wills.
• Coordinate services and advocate for the veteran and family.
• Perform crisis assessments and develop management plans.
