Job summary

Global Outreach TeleRehabilitation seeks compassionate mental health professionals to provide teletherapy to veterans and military families as 1099 independent contractors. The role emphasizes high-quality, evidence-based therapy with a focus on complex trauma and military adjustment.

We require licensed clinicians with at least 2 years post-licensure, proficiency in suicide risk management, and experience with veterans.

Qualifications

• Active license in your state (LCSW/LCMHC/MFT) required.
• Minimum 2 years post-licensure clinical experience.
• Experience with veterans, active-duty service members, or families.
• Competency in suicide risk assessment, intervention, and safety planning.
• Trauma-informed care with PTSD-relevant modalities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct diagnostic assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Provide weekly psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families.
• Use evidence-based therapies (CBT, DBT, CPT, PE, ACT) as appropriate.
• Assess and manage suicidality within a risk-management framework.
• Maintain confidential documentation in a secure EHR.
• Collaborate with other care providers with client consent.
