Job summary

GLOBAL OUTREACH TELEREHABILITATION SERVICES, INC. seeks independent contract clinicians to provide teletherapy for veterans and military families.

This 1099 role focuses on delivering evidence-based therapy with risk management and secure documentation in a HIPAA-compliant home office. Applicants must hold an independent license (LCSW/LCMHC/MFT), have at least two years post-licensure experience, and be comfortable treating veterans.

Qualifications

• Active, independent clinical license: LCSW, LCMHC, or MFT in your state of practice.
• Minimum 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience.
• Demonstrated experience with veterans, active-duty service members, and/or their families.
• Proven competency in suicide risk assessment, intervention, and safety planning.
• Experience with trauma-informed care and modalities relevant to PTSD.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must carry professional liability insurance.
• For teletherapy: Secure, HIPAA-compliant home office with reliable high-speed internet.

Responsibilities

• Conduct diagnostic assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide weekly psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families.
• Utilize evidence-based modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, CPT, PE, ACT) appropriate for treating trauma, anxiety, depression, and military adjustment.
• Demonstrate clinical competence and stability in assessing and treating suicidality and self-harm ideation within a risk-management framework.
• Maintain timely and confidential clinical documentation in our secure EHR system.
• Collaborate with other care providers as needed (with client consent).
