LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to perform in-person disability assessments for U.S. Veterans as part of the VA benefits process.

The role focuses on accuracy in exam findings, VA form completion, and medical opinions, without patient treatment or prescribing medications. The position is part-time with a structured schedule, examining 3–5 Veterans daily, and requires security-compliant EMR use and professional, empathetic interaction

Qualifications

• Unrestricted NP or PA license in good standing.
• Experience with electronic documentation and secure portals.
• Strong analytical and time-management abilities.
• Compassionate, professional, and empathetic demeanor for veterans.

Responsibilities

• Conducting in-person disability assessments for U.S. Veterans.
