Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC seeks a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to perform in-person disability assessments for U.S. Veterans as part of the VA benefits process.

The role involves focused exams, reviewing medical records, and providing medical opinions based on assessments, with no treatment or prescribing. The position is part-time, in-person, Tue-Thu 8:00 AM–4:00 PM, with a caseload of 3–5 Veterans per day and equipment provided for documentation.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted NP or PA license.
• Proficiency in electronic documentation and web portals.
• Strong analytical, time management, and empathetic communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conducting focused physical exams and reviewing electronic medical records.
• Accurately documenting exam findings and completing VA documentation.
• Providing medical opinions based on assessments.
