Job summary

FourBlock seeks a Veteran Career Readiness Instructor to deliver the 10-week CRP Experience to cohorts of 30-35 transitioning service members and veterans. You will facilitate weekly sessions in-person, virtually, or hybrid, monitor progress, and provide feedback to students and coaches.

Work with regional leadership, host employers, and career coaches to plan lessons, coordinate sessions, and post-session summaries on LinkedIn.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of civilian work experience.
• Exceptional writing, presentation, and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate weekly class, in-person, virtual, or hybrid, and provide instructional feedback.
• Ensure students meet program deliverables and learning objectives.
• Proactively build community among students and coaches.
• Communicate with coaches to ensure quality feedback and support.
• Plan session logistics with Regional VP, finalize lesson plans and presentations.
• Post weekly session information and ensure attendance tracking.
• Engage with students outside sessions as needed.
• Create post-session LinkedIn wrap-ups and coordinate with host companies.
