Job summary

IBMC College Longmont is seeking a part-time College and Career Readiness Instructor to deliver the six-week CCR curriculum in a supportive on-campus classroom. You will help students build communication, study skills, time management, leadership, and financial literacy while guiding them toward program success.

You will present the syllabus, lead activities, provide feedback, and connect students with college resources and Career Services to support a successful transition into their program.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate's degree in Education or related field.
• Experience: 1+ years in coaching, education, or related field. Instructional experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the established six-week CCR curriculum in a professional on-campus classroom.
• Review syllabus, program expectations, policies, and resources with students at term start.
• Facilitate activities promoting communication, teamwork, leadership, and problem-solving.
• Teach study skills, time management, stress management, goal setting, and organizational skills.
• Provide guidance on professional behaviors, accountability, and workplace conduct.
• Collaborate with Career Services to advise on resumes, job searching, and networking.
