Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be licensed in at least one US state.
• PhD or PsyD in Psychology; adult-focused specialization.
• Experience with psychology testing and VA-related workflows.
• Proficient with EMR and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Review medical history and complete DBQ/MO for VA exams.
• Explain the exam process to veterans and confirm conditions.
• Complete charts and submit exams within 24–48 hours.
• Administer psychological testing as needed.
• Coordinate with on-site and remote staff.
• Handle telehealth exams when requested.
