Job summary

Kiavets in Lynchburg, VA, is seeking Military Veterans to join the Kia Veterans Technician Apprenticeship Program as Automotive Service Technicians. This full-time apprenticeship provides Veterans with hands-on experience and training necessary for Kia Service Technician certification. Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing vehicles while maintaining a safe work environment. Suitable candidates will have a military background and prior mechanical experience, and they will receive a Monthly Housing Allowance during the program.

Qualifications

• Must have an Honorable Discharge from U.S. Military Service.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required.
• Prior experience in a mechanical or technical field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair Kia vehicles.
• Perform vehicle inspections and mechanical repairs.
• Test drive vehicles to verify repair quality.
