Job summary

A leading automotive apprenticeship program is looking for Military Veterans to join as Automotive Technician Apprentices. The role provides a full-time opportunity to gain hands-on experience and training while working towards Kia Service Technician certification. Responsibilities include diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing Kia vehicles, with emphasis on ensuring a quality customer experience. Ideal candidates should have mechanical or technical experience, a valid driver's license, and a willingness to undergo background checks. This apprenticeship is GI Bill approved, supporting Veterans with a Monthly Housing Allowance.

Qualifications

• Must have an honorable discharge from U.S. military service.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is necessary.
• Prior experience in a mechanical or technical field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair Kia vehicles, including engines and transmissions.
• Perform vehicle inspections and diagnostics using Kia equipment.
• Complete repair orders and warranty documentation according to policies.
