Care Animal Clinic in Naperville, IL is seeking a Veterinary Technician / Veterinary Assistant to join our trusted team. You’ll assist with examinations, diagnostics, procedures, and patient care, while documenting histories and maintaining medical records.

Weekend availability is required, and you’ll work collaboratively with veterinarians and staff to ensure high-quality care. We value compassion, reliability, and a willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• At least one year of veterinary experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to patients while creating a positive experience for clients.

What You'll Do

What You Bring to the Table

• A genuine passion for animal care and a commitment to providing excellent service to pets and their families.
• At least one year of veterinary experience preferred.
• Weekend availability is required.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with a team.
• A positive, dependable, can-do attitude and willingness to take on new responsibilities.
• Good judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to find solutions when challenges arise.
• Confidence working around animals and interacting with clients in a veterinary hospital setting.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to learn veterinary software and programs such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• The ability to stay organized and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
