A leading veterinary care organization is offering an externship for 4th year veterinary students at their clinic. Students will work closely with experienced veterinarians, gaining hands-on experience in patient care and clinical procedures. The externship ranges from two to eight weeks and includes a travel/living expense stipend of $1,500. Qualifications

• Veterinary students in the clinical portion of their education.
• Ability to communicate effectively with the medical team, support staff, and clients.

Responsibilities

• Gathering patient histories and performing physical exams.
• Creating treatment plans and diagnostics.
• Observing/assisting or performing surgical procedures.
