Job summary

This multifaceted role involves assessing client calls regarding their pets' conditions, providing necessary advice, and collaborating with emergency veterinarians. Candidates must have 5 years in veterinary tech and strong communication skills. Qualifications

• 5 years experience as a Registered Veterinary Technician or equivalent experience required.
• 2 years experience as an Emergency Veterinary Technician required.
• High School Degree is required, Associate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Triaging incoming client calls regarding pets' conditions.
• Advising clients on wait times and service availability.
• Escalating complex queries to Veterinarians.
• Communicating promptly with emergency team members.
• Assisting with after-hours prescription refills as needed.
