Job summary

Spaulding Outpatient Center Wellesley is expanding and is looking for a full-time Physical Therapist specializing in Vestibular Rehabilitation to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest and/or experience in treating patients with dizziness, vertigo, balance disorders, and vestibular dysfunction.

This position offers the opportunity to provide individualized, evidence-based care while helping patients improve their balance, mobility, confidence, and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in Physical Therapy is required.
• State licensure as a Physical Therapist is required.
• 2–3 years of hospital, rehab, or ambulatory setting experience.

Responsibilities

• Establish therapy goals and formulate a treatment plan based on evaluation results.
• Supervise PTAs in accordance with policy and state regulations.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions for outpatient clients.
• Participate in discharge planning and interdisciplinary teams.
• Record all pertinent data in the patient’s medical records.
