Qualifikationen

• Proactive, solutions-driven with strong communication across time zones and cultures.

Aufgaben

• Attend to vessels and handle all operational matters per GAC Quality Management System guidelines.
• Respond to enquiries and handle matters relating to principals and prospective principals.
• Coordinate vessel arrivals with port personnel including pilots, tugs, line handlers, and authorities.
• Manage day-to-day vessel operations from pre-arrival through departure and close-out, ensuring safety and compliance.
