Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Physically fit with maritime experience preferred.
• Strong communication and safety mindset.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
• Willingness to work irregular hours, including overnights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist with cargo loading and unloading.
• Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the vessel.
• Support the crew in all aspects of maritime operations.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations.
• Assist in the preparation of daily reports.
• Participate in crew meetings and training sessions.
