The specialist educates clinicians, demonstrates device usage, and helps achieve sales goals while traveling up to 50% of the time. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 2–5+ years in a related field, and the ability to travel regionally.

Qualifications

• 2-5+ years of related work experience.
• Ability to travel 50% within assigned region.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the technical procedure and product expert in support of case coverage in the hospital setting.
• Focuses on Electrophysiologists and Interventional Cardiologists and hospital staff to support Vessel Closure portfolio.
• Meet with existing and potential customers to identify clinical needs and discuss how Vascular products can help achieve goals.
• Develop relationships with hospital personnel and identify key decision makers.
• Serve as primary resource for clinical support in case coverage and in-service education for company products.
• Educate customers on merits and proper clinical usage of products through presentations and demonstrations.
• Attend clinical procedures in Cardiac Cath Lab, Interventional Radiology Lab, and Operating Room to ensure customer success.
• Respond to customer needs and complaints, developing feasible solutions with related personnel.
• Support the broader Region with case support in addition to the defined territory.
