Qualifications

• Account management experience with client liaison.

Responsibilities

• Site surveys, evaluation and assessment of lift and escalator installations.
• Produce client reports with recommendations and solutions.
• Produce technical and performance specifications.
• Project management of refurbishment and new installations.
• Quality auditing of existing installations for maintenance reporting.
• Client account management and liaising with contractors to ensure delivery.
• Prepare fee proposals, invoicing and credit control.
• Identify and win new clients and projects.
