In this role you will design solutions with support from Branch Operations, attend pre-bid and pre-construction meetings, and drive profitable outcomes across Construction/Infrastructure markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 7+ years sales and/or sales/ops experience.
• Experience with Salesforce and MS Office.
• Knowledge of P&L and business acumen.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Discover projects related to ROS product with Field Sales.
• Enter and track opportunities in Salesforce and close related project opportunities.
• Attend pre-bid meetings representing ROS and coordinate with contractors.
• Design solutions with input from Branch Operations and Field Sales.
• Submit system solutions to bidding contractors and close win opportunities in Construction/Infrastructure markets.
• Mentor Outside Sales Reps on ROS offerings in specific verticals.
• Travel up to 50% overnight.

Responsible for growing product or vertical revenue in partnership with local territory Outside Sales Reps (OSR). Drive the total value proposition of Reliable Onsite Services (ROS), coordinate large projects with technical complexity with opportunities for the full scope of ROS offerings.
