What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build and maintain C-suite relationships with current and new end customers
- Grow wallet share of existing enterprise installations of company products and services
- Secure new business within key market segments by targeting Global 2000 companies
- Develop customized proposals and negotiate pricing, contracts, and service terms
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure customer needs are met and exceeded
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven success in selling at the C-suite level with 5-7 years of experience in major account management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both oral and written
- Ability to manage long sales cycles and present Software as a Solution (SaaS) proposals
- Strong understanding of consultative sales processes
- Knowledge of company products, master key systems, and OSHA regulations
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience with CRM software, such as Oracle Sales Cloud
- Enjoyment of public speaking and product demonstrations to decision-makers
