You satisfy the growing and complex technical needs of existing and prospective vertical clients. This is a complementary role to the direct Sales and Sales Engineering teams and receives sales quota retirement for targeted products.

How you can make a difference:

  1. Complete our 12-week paid sales training that won a Brandon Hall Group gold award for excellence in Best Advance in Sales Enablement and Performance Tools.
  2. Serve as an experienced, focused, performance-driven regional brand ambassador to drive sales of the Managed Services portfolio.
  3. Partner with Product teams to develop and advance service attributes.
  4. Identify target markets, industries and contacts to develop and implement a sales plan.
  5. Self-generate leads through networking, cold calling, premise visits and industry events.
  6. Field-based sales roles have fluidity between home, client location and office locations. The expectation is that you are primarily out in front of clients.
  7. Lead consultative meetings, demonstrations and negotiations with stakeholders to close deals.
  8. Collaborate with multiple internal teams to develop and execute team selling strategies.

What you bring to Spectrum Enterprise

Required qualifications:

  1. Experience: Two or more years of experience in premise-based sales of Data and Managed Service solutions; Five or more years of telecommunication B2B experience; Proven experience selling Cisco Meraki suite or similar solutions.
  2. Education: Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience.
  3. Technical skills: Expert in Managed Network Service Solutions; Proficient in Microsoft Office; Familiar with Salesforce.
  4. Skills: Presentation and English communication skills.
  5. Abilities: Ability to conduct a consultative analysis and provide recommendations.
  6. Availability: Travel to and from assigned territories and company facilities. Valid driver's license.

Preferred qualifications:

  1. Industry certifications, such as Cisco, Fortinet, Nuage or MEF.
  2. Experience selling SD-WAN.
