• Perform quantity take-offs and pricing across divisions.
• Develop bid proposals and assist in final bid packages.
• Identify risks, cost-saving opportunities, and value engineering options.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects during preconstruction and bidding.
• Maintain cost databases and historical estimating data.
• Attend pre-bid meetings, site visits, and client meetings as needed.
• Ensure estimates align with schedules and timelines.
