Spectrum is seeking a Vertical Account Executive to consult with healthcare, hospitality, and SLED clients, recommending fiber-based services tailored to their needs. Drive consultative sales, nurture relationships, and help organizations connect more efficiently while strengthening Spectrum’s role as a solutions leader.

You will cultivate opportunities, exceed revenue goals, and develop client-focused proposals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience with a record of exceeding revenue quotas.
• 3+ years of telecommunications-related sales experience.
• 2+ years of experience selling data, voice, cloud, or video solutions.
• Read, write, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate new opportunities and meet monthly revenue goals by engaging healthcare, hospitality or SLED clients for fiber and coaxial solutions.
• Apply knowledge of healthcare procurement processes to navigate and close sales effectively.
• Conduct consultative needs analyses and design client-focused product solutions.
• Develop and present compelling sales proposals highlighting Spectrum product benefits.
• Generate leads through calls, premise visits, networking, and industry events.
• Qualify leads, request site surveys, and submit ROI analyses to sales management.
• Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and ensure smooth handoff to account management for retention.
• Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Sales Support, and Marketing to maximize the sales process.

How You Will Make An Impact

• Cultivate new opportunities and meet monthly revenue goals by proactively engaging healthcare, hospitality or SLED clients for fiber and coaxial solutions
• Apply knowledge of healthcare procurement processes to navigate and close sales effectively

Working Conditions

• Office-based environment with regular travel to assigned territories and company facilities, including during inclement weather

Required Qualifications

What You Will Bring to Spectrum

Education

• High school diploma or general education degree required (GED)

Experience

• 3+ years of sales experience with a record of exceeding revenue quotas
• 3+ years of telecommunications-related sales experience
• 2+ years of experience selling data, voice, cloud, or video solutions

Skills

• Read, write, speak and understand English
• Efficiency in meeting deadlines and working within a team
• Quick learner who applies new knowledge effectively
• Willingness and ability to travel as needed
• Valid state driver’s license and safe driving record

Preferred Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field

Experience

• Experience working within the healthcare sector
• History of selling data, voice, or video solutions in telecommunications business-to-business sales
