Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking a light industrial worker for a variety of short-term mandates across assembly, manufacturing, and distribution. Located in Chino, CA, this on-site role provides flexibility in work hours and the chance to build diverse skills across different industrial environments.

You will perform repetitive light assembly tasks, conduct quality inspections, handle packaging and labeling, assist with inventory staging, and quickly adapt to new procedures within each mandate.

Responsibilities

• Production assembly: perform repetitive light assembly tasks or machine tending duties on production lines.
• Quality checks: conduct visual quality inspections on finished components, removing and reporting any defective items.
• Packaging and labeling: accurately pack products into cartons, apply correct shipping labels, and prepare pallets for movement.
• Inventory staging: assist with staging materials, ensuring production lines are constantly stocked with necessary components.
• Skill adaptability: quickly learn new procedures and adapt to different roles within the light industrial setting during each mandate.
