Job summary

White Cap Management LLC is seeking a Warehouse Associate to perform loading, unloading, order pulling, shipping, returns, forklift operation, fabrication, and occasional delivery of products to customers. The role may involve driving a company or personal vehicle (GVW < 10,001 lbs) and requires an acceptable MVR.

Key duties include processing orders, stocking, inspecting goods, and ensuring safety, with a focus on reliability and efficiency in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred.
• 0-2 years of experience in area of responsibility.
• Valid driver\'s license required.
• Knowledge of warehouse procedures, requisitions, purchase orders, invoices, and delivery documents.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, sort, pick, stock, stage, fabricate and transport goods; may carry 50–300 lb items.
• Check items against purchase orders and packing slips; report shortages/damages.
• File orders for delivery; store supplies/equipment.
• Operate forklift or other machinery as needed.
• Drive company vehicles; assist as backup emergency driver (Non-DOT).
• Perform routine vehicle/supplies inspections and maintain records.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
