Echo Electric is hiring a motivated Warehouse Associate/Back-Up Driver in Kansas City, MO. You will receive, pick, pack, and ship orders, assist with loading and unloading, and help maintain a safe, efficient warehouse environment.

Starting rate is $20–$22 per hour, based on experience. The role includes operating forklifts, driving company trucks, and general warehouse tasks to ensure timely product delivery.

Qualifications

• Willing to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jack, and wire cutting machine.
• Ability to continuously lift materials up to 50 pounds with or without accommodation; including unloading materials from a vehicle.
• Ability to climb into and drive delivery vehicles.
• Ability to be on your stand for extended periods and traverse the warehouse with or without accommodation.
• Basic problem-solving skills and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Pick, check, pack, and ship orders; orders range from small boxes to pallets.
• Load, unload, and move materials using safety equipment and forklifts.
• Receive, check in and store inventory in a safe manner.
• Cut wire, rod, or strut with appropriate equipment.
• Drive company trucks with care and obey traffic laws and safety protocols.
• Sweep floors, remove trash, and maintain a tidy warehouse.
• Record damaged or defective materials.
