Job summary

Echo Electric, part of Sonepar, is seeking a Warehouse Associate/Delivery Driver (Non-CDL) to join its Kansas City operation. You will receive, pick, pack, and ship items, perform cycle counts, and assist with warehouse maintenance while adhering to safety protocols.

The role includes operating forklifts and pallet jacks, driving company vehicles, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Starting rate is $20–$22 per hour, with full benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Ability to obtain DOT medical certification for driving responsibilities.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanner; orders range from small boxes to pallets.
• Receive and store inventory safely; perform cycle counts.
• Record damaged or defective materials and report to Warehouse Manager.
• Load and unload materials from trucks; operate forklift and other equipment as needed.
• Receive and check deliveries and returns for quality and quantity.
