Job summary

Echo Electric, a leading electrical distributor and brand of Sonepar, is hiring a Warehouse Associate/Back-Up Driver to join our team in the Kansas City area. You will receive, pick, pack, and ship orders, cut wire, and assist with general warehouse maintenance to ensure products reach customers safely and on time.

Shift is 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday. Starting pay is $20–$22 per hour based on experience, with benefits including health insurance, 401K, paid time off, holidays, and

Qualifications

• Able to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Willing to operate warehouse equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Able to climb into delivery vehicles.
• Basic problem-solving and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Pick, check, pack, and ship orders; handling items from small boxes to pallets.
• Load, unload, and move materials using safety equipment and forklifts.
• Receive, check in and store inventory safely; ensure quality and quantity.
• Cut wire, rod, or strut with appropriate equipment.
• Drive company trucks and comply with traffic laws and safety protocols.
• Sweep floors and maintain a tidy, safe warehouse.
• Record damaged or defective materials.
