Job summary

Randstad USA in Logan Township, NJ is seeking a dependable light industrial worker to support production on multiple lines. You will perform repetitive light assembly tasks or machine tending, conduct visual quality inspections, and assist with packaging, labeling and pallet preparation.

You will also help with inventory staging to keep lines stocked and must be able to adapt quickly to different mandates. Safety-minded with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds is required.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform repetitive light assembly tasks and machine tending on production lines.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Production assembly: perform repetitive light assembly tasks or machine tending duties on production lines.
• Quality checks: conduct visual quality inspections on finished components, removing and reporting any defective items.
• Packaging and labeling: accurately pack products into cartons, apply correct shipping labels, and prepare pallets for movement.
• Inventory staging: assist with staging materials, ensuring production lines are constantly stocked with necessary components.
• Skill adaptability: quickly learn new procedures and adapt to different roles within the light industrial setting during each mandate.
