Job summary

Titial Care is seeking skilled Registered Nurses for PRN assignments across multiple specialties in Greenville, South Carolina. Candidates will be evaluated based on nursing experience, competencies, credentials, and ability to meet unit requirements.

Specialties include Neuro SDU, Med-Surg, OR, PACU, PCU, PICU, Pre-Op, Telemetry, ICU, ED/ER, and BHS. Flexibility in shifts and strong clinical judgment are essential for delivery of safe patient care.

Qualifications

• Current, active RN license valid for practice in South Carolina or valid authorization to practice in SC.
• Nursing education that meets licensure requirements.
• Relevant clinical experience and competency for the assigned specialty.
• Current BLS certification as required by the facility.
• Strong clinical assessment, critical-thinking, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans.
• Monitor vital signs, symptoms, labs, and changes in condition.
• Administer medications and treatments per orders and policies.
• Recognize deterioration and escalate as needed.
• Perform RN procedures within scope and competency.
