The ideal candidate has 2+ years in apartment maintenance, can perform HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry tasks, and is willing to be on-call after hours and weekends. A valid driver’s license and English fluency are required.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of apartment maintenance experience preferred.
• Must be able to pass the maintenance test and demonstrate skills.

Responsibilities

• Process all resident service requests in a timely manner.
• Create and maintain a customer centered service culture with prospects, residents and staff.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, concrete, masonry and landscaping items; perform preventative maintenance.
