Job summary
Manatee Memorial Hospital in Bradenton, Florida, seeks a Medical Generalist Technologist to perform laboratory testing across chemistry, hematology, coagulation, urinalysis, microbiology, blood bank, and more.

Qualifications
- State of Florida Medical Technologist License required.
- ASCP Certification required.
- Minimum of one (1) year medical technologist experience preferred.
- BLS American Heart Association.
Responsibilities
- Performs a broad range of laboratory testing across chemistry, hematology, coagulation, urinalysis, microbiology, blood bank and other areas.
- Operates laboratory instrumentation, evaluates quality control data, investigates testing discrepancies, and communicates critical results for safe patient care.
- Collaborates with providers, nurses, and laboratory team members to maintain efficient operations and ensure regulatory and accreditation standards.
