Job summary

The role requires 1-2 years of related experience, ability to read technical documents, troubleshoot electrical, mechanical and PLC systems, and forklift certification. Candidates must be self-motivated with leadership skills and willingness to work various shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 1-2 years' related experience.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and manuals.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and PLC control systems; basic fabrication skills.
• Forklift Certification.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain machinery, robotics, utility support systems and equipment.
• Observe operation, diagnose trouble, dismantle devices to access parts.
• Suggest design or maintenance changes to increase efficiency and performance.
• Perform weekly preventative maintenance on state-of-the-art equipment.
• Repair or replace defective parts; lubricate and clean components.
• Work on semi-routine assignments and seek assistance when needed.
• Escalate issues to supervisor and adapt to production downtime needs.
