Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Ogden to support manufacturing equipment, automated systems, robotics, and critical utilities. The role requires strong PLC and robot programming skills and experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities include repairing machinery, reading electrical schematics, and ensuring compliance with cGMPs and SOPs. Collaborative work with production and maintenance supervision is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Associate/Technical degree and 4–6 years related experience preferred, or combination equivalent.
• Experience with automated manufacturing and regulated environments is preferred.
• PLC programming and robot programming experience required.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain machinery and mechanical equipment including gear boxes, motors, conveyors, and production machines.
• Work with electrical schematics and Siemens software troubleshooting techniques.
• Maintain and program industrial robotics and automation equipment.
• Troubleshoot, analyze, and repair electro-mechanical systems to meet production targets.
• Lead or assist teammates, communicating with supervisors to diagnose and resolve equipment issues.
• Follow cGMPs and SOPs and comply with company policies and regulations.
