Ivy Tech Community College in Los Angeles is seeking a part-time maintenance technician to perform all aspects of building and grounds maintenance, on-call at all times, and attend related training as required by Apprenticeship Standards.

The role covers electrical, plumbing, HVAC, grounds, and other facilities tasks with evenings and some weekends; maximum 25 hours per week. Requires high school diploma or GED and proven building trades experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Proven experience in building trades and related maintenance.
• Physically able to perform the duties of the position.

Responsibilities

• Perform all aspects of building and grounds maintenance.
• Installations, repairs and preventive maintenance in listed areas.
• On-call duties and attendance at related training as required.
