Job summary

Qualifications

• One year experience in building maintenance trades or warehouse distribution.
• Knowledge of manual and electrical hand tools.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance and repairs on the facility.
• Assist in maintenance and warehouse tasks as needed.
• Work across building trades: carpentry, painting, minor electrical, plumbing, locksmith, etc.
• Assist with roofs, furniture, fences, cabinets, and other structures.
