Spring Haven Senior Living in Florida is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team. You will handle a wide range of tasks across a 299-apartment community, from drywall and painting to plumbing, electrical work, and preventative maintenance.

We value versatile professionals who take pride in quality workmanship, provide excellent customer service, and can manage multiple work orders while supporting residents and staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage a high volume of work orders.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and complete resident work orders.
• Perform general building repairs and maintenance.
• Drywall repair and patching; interior/exterior painting.
• Plumbing repairs and fixture replacement.
• Electrical troubleshooting and repairs.
• Door, lock, and hardware repairs.
• Preventive maintenance throughout the community.
• Carpentry and general handyman repairs.
• Grounds and exterior upkeep as assigned.
• Assist with special projects and renovations.
