Qualifications

• Available for emergency repairs and after-hours on-call duty.

Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance requests within the community.
• Lift appliances and perform installation, repair, and drywall work.
• Snow removal and groundskeeping tasks as needed.
• Coordinate with contractors and maintenance staff.
• Carpentry, plumbing, light electrical, painting, and masonry work.
• Carry out preventative maintenance under supervision.
• Be available for emergency repairs and after-hours on-call.
