You will set up machines, monitor processes, inspect completed parts, and support multiple manufacturing departments in a fast-paced, quality‑driven environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with machinist apprenticeship or equivalent hands-on machining experience.
• Experience operating manual and/or CNC machining equipment.
• Ability to read blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical documents.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain a variety of machining equipment including CNC machines, manual lathes, milling machines, grinders, and saws.
• Support multiple manufacturing departments based on production priorities.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
• Set up machines and equipment to produce precision components to specification.
• Monitor machining operations for efficiency, accuracy, and quality.
• Inspect completed parts using measuring equipment and quality standards.
• Troubleshoot machining and equipment issues to minimize downtime.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Assist with additional manufacturing tasks as business needs require.
