Diversified Maintenance is hiring a Janitor to perform all-purpose cleaning and preservation inside client sites. The role requires flexibility to meet different site specifications and schedules.

The position offers a steady, full-time schedule with a pay rate of $15.50 per hour and weekly pay. The job includes duties from floor care to restroom upkeep and trash disposal, with on-the-job training provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, or at least 6 months janitorial experience.
• On-the-job training provided.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and clean all floor surfaces (sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, vacuuming).
• Follow procedures for chemical cleaners and power equipment to avoid damage.
• Clean, monitor, and maintain restrooms, meeting rooms, corridors, and entrances.
• Empty trash and use compactor as needed.
• Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors with appropriate cleaners.
• Spot clean carpets and assist with extractions/shampooing.
• Replenish paper products and sanitary supplies.
• Follow housekeeping schedule.
• Occasionally use heavy cleaning equipment (floor scrubbers, backpack vacuums, buffers).
• Perform other duties as required by scope of work or client needs.
