Diversified Maintenance is hiring a Janitor to perform all-purpose cleaning and preservation inside a building or multiple client sites. The duties are flexible according to client specifications and may include frequent shifts across Mon-Sun.

The position offers 35 hours per week at $16.50 per hour with full-time status and weekly pay. This role emphasizes reliability, attention to detail, and ability to follow instructions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• On the job training will be provided.
• Attention to detail is essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and clean all floor surfaces including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
• Use chemical cleaners and power equipment according to procedures to protect floors and surfaces.
• Clean restrooms, meeting rooms, corridors, and entrance areas.
• Empty trash and manage waste disposal; use compactor for certain materials.
• Clean windows, mirrors, and glass partitions with appropriate cleaners.
• Spot clean carpets and assist in carpet extractions and shampooing.
• Replenish paper products and sanitary supplies.
• Follow housekeeping schedule and routines.
• Operate heavy cleaning equipment as needed and per client scope.
• Perform other duties as assigned by client needs.
