Job summary

Georg Utz Holding AG seeks an Industrial Maintenance Technician to support production by ensuring proper operation of machinery across mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems used in injection molding and thermoforming processes.

The role requires performing preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting complex equipment, and maintaining safe, organized work environments. Flexible scheduling and weekend coverage may be required.

Qualifications

Experience with industrial maintenance is a must.
Experience with Injection Molding/Thermoforming is a plus.
Able to use precision tools to complete tasks.
Troubleshoots mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical equipment.
Thorough knowledge of industrial equipment, safety procedures, and NEC standards.

Responsibilities

Ensures operation of machinery by completing preventive and corrective maintenance.
Locates sources of problems by observing devices and listening for issues.
Removes defective parts and uses hoists, cranes, and tools.
Installs equipment from start to finish and adjusts performance.
Maintains continuity among work teams and communicates irregularities.
Maintains maintenance records and a safe work environment.
