Job summary

Pennsy Supply, a CRH Company, is seeking a Ground Person for our Lebanon, PA construction site. The role supports plant and site operations, performing cleanup, equipment operation, and maintenance tasks with safety as a priority.

You will follow MSHA/OSHA/DOT rules, participate in safety checks, operate water trucks and skid steers as needed, and learn multiple duties across the operation. A HS diploma or GED is required, with prior construction experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required or equivalent.
• Previous experience in construction or related roles is preferred.
• Willingness to work varying shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety rules per MSHA/OSHA/DOT and CRH policies.
• Conduct daily safety assignments and pre-shift tasks.
• Operate water truck, skid steer, and other equipment as needed.
• Keep plant areas clean and well-maintained.
• Learn MSHA/DEP regulations applicable to tasks.
