Job summary

SONIC Drive-In in Texas is seeking a friendly Cook to oversee stations such as Grill, Fryer, and general food production, ensuring orders meet quality standards and are prepared efficiently.

The role requires flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. You will work with a team to keep the restaurant clean and safe, follow directions, and communicate clearly. Cross-training on all stations is encouraged with paid training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Ability to work irregular hours, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Effective communication, basic math and reading skills.
• Ability to follow directions and maintain hygiene standards.
• Willingness to cross-train on all stations and keep the area clean.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food orders to meet product quality standards.
• Operate grill and fry stations as needed.
• Package items and check for quality and consistency.
• Clean including trash disposal, mopping, sweeping, washing dishes and sanitizing food area.
