Job summary

PeopleReady is seeking General Laborers to join our dynamic team across multiple sectors, including hospitality, production, warehouse work, auto auction driving, waste removal, and flagging. You’ll work in a variety of settings and gain new skills across industries.

As a PeopleReady Associate, you’ll benefit from next-day pay and the option of long-term or short-term positions for steady work or extra cash.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• No formal education required, but some training helps
• Experience in general labor preferred in one or more sectors
• Some roles require a valid driver’s license (auto auction drivers)
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and moving heavy objects
• Ability to work outdoors
• Strong work ethic, teamwork and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Hospitality: assist with event setup, breakdown, and general maintenance
• Production: assist manufacturing processes, operate machinery, perform quality checks
• Warehouse: load/unload goods, manage inventory, keep workspace clean
• Auto Auction Driver: safely drive and park vehicles for auctions
• Waste Removal: participate in waste collection and recycling
• Flagging: direct and control traffic around sites for safety
