Job summary

PeopleReady is seeking General Laborers to join our dynamic team across hospitality, production, warehouse work, auto auction driving, waste removal and flagging. You’ll work in a variety of settings and gain new skills across multiple industries.

As a PeopleReady Associate, you’ll benefit from next-day pay and the option of long-term positions for steady work or short-term assignments for extra cash. Pay is $15–$17 per hour, with eligibility for benefits where offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in general labor, preferably in hospitality, production, warehouse, or related sectors.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and moving heavy objects.
• Strong work ethic, reliability and ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Hospitality: assist with event setup, breakdown, and general maintenance to keep venues clean and welcoming.
• Production: support manufacturing processes by assembling products, operating machinery, and performing quality checks.
• Warehouse: load/unload goods, manage inventory, and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Auto Auction Driver: safely drive and park vehicles for smooth autions.
• Waste Removal: participate in waste collection and recycling.
• Flagging: direct and control traffic around sites to ensure safety.
