Job summary

PeopleReady is seeking General Laborers to join our dynamic team across hospitality, production, warehouse, auto auction driving, waste removal, and flagging. As a General Laborer, you’ll work across multiple settings and gain new skills.

Pay starts at $14–$15 per hour with next‑day pay and options for long‑term or short‑term assignments. Applicants must be 18+, able to lift heavy objects, and capable of outdoor work in varied environments.

Qualifications

• No formal education required or minimal
• Experience in General Labor desirable in multiple sectors
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks
• A valid driver's license may be required for auto auction roles
• Strong work ethic and good teamwork and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Hospitality: assist with event setup, breakdown, and maintenance; Front/Back of House and housekeeping tasks
• Production: support manufacturing processes, assemble products, operate machinery, perform quality checks
• Warehouse: load/unload goods, manage inventory, maintain organized workspace
• Auto Auction Driver: safely drive and park vehicles for auctions
• Waste Removal: participate in waste collection and recycling efforts
• Flagging: direct and control traffic around sites to ensure safety
